(ROCKFORD, IL) June 1, 2016 — Aptris, along with ServiceNow and NERCOMP, is sponsoring the first Higher Education ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) on June 7, 2016 in Norwood, MA.
“For more than 15 years, Aptris has worked closely with colleges and universities and understand the unique service management challenges that they face,” said John Manna, Aptris’ Vice President of Sales. “We were excited when Karen Warren (Director of User and Technical Services , Wesleyan University) approached Aptris to collaborate on organizing and delivering content for a first-of-its-kind regional HigherEd SNUG in New England.
Coming off of ServiceNow’s annual user conference, Knowledge16; Aptris, ServiceNow and NERCOMP have designed a program that includes case studies from current users, a user panel and information on some of ServiceNow’s new offerings tailored specifically to the HigherEd sector.
The event will include leaders in the field from well-known HigherEd institutions as well as Ricardo Chavira, a Senior Solutions Consultant from Aptris. Ricardo will speak about the Service Catalog and The User Experience and leverage years of experience as part of Yale University’s Service Management Organization.
Manna continued, “Aptris has often delivered content for Educause and SNUGs around the Country, but this event provides a unique opportunity to speak directly with some top educational institutions about issues specific to those organizations. This event highlights our commitment to serving the Higher Education community, a commitment that we are poised to expand in near future.”
