The Road to ServiceNow Gold

As of January 1, 2018, Aptris has achieved Gold Services Partner status with ServiceNow. This puts us in the top third of Services partners in the ServiceNow ecosystem, and it has been the result of a tremendous commitment to excellence and growth on the part of the entire Aptris team. We’re all very proud of the achievement!

Golden Highlights

What does our Gold achievement entail? Here are just a few highlights.

To become Gold, a partner is required (over a 12-month rolling period) to have a MINIMUM of:

  • 8.4 Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) rating; Aptris has a 9.0.
  • 30 responses to the CSAT customer survey; Aptris has 48.
  • 30 completed implementations; Aptris has 46.
  • 4 ServiceNow product competencies; Aptris has 7 (i.e., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, Platform, SecOps, PPM).

Also, to become Gold, a partner must have authorized ServiceNow trainers, which means that Aptris is now an Authorized Training Partner (ATP). We have a certified team of people who can teach the ServiceNow Fundamentals class to our customers to help their staff become ready to take the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam.
