As of July 2019, Servicenow announced new partner segmentations of Registered, Specialist, Premier, and Elite as they discontinue the Bronze, Silver, and Gold statuses.
Aptris became a Gold ServiceNow Partner in 2017 and has now achieved Elite status within the new format.
Becoming an Elite partner requires that a firm meets or exceeds many requirements demonstrating offering development as well as go-to-market maturity. These include year-over-year growth metrics, expertise as demonstrated by number of certifications, customer success stories, and a minimum customer satisfaction (CSAT) score.
